| A collection is made during the evening to cover the cost of room hire, model fee etc. The hire of room is £5 per hour. |

| Tea coffee and biscuits are available at a cost of 40p. |

| The hall will be open from 7.00pm. If you can help with the setting up of the lighting, equipment etc. (and packing away at 9.30pm) this would be greatly appreciated. |
