10.00 to 12.00    12.00  to 2.00    2.00 to 4.00

Sunday  12.00 noon to 4.00 pm

12.00 to 2.00     2.00 to 4.00  

Monday  10.00 am to 4.00 pm

Members have also agreed to attend on Friday to help set up and Monday to help take things down

The rota for members duties was completed before the last meeting of last year.

If you are unsure of the times that you put down please ring Steph or myself for the information.

if you are unable to attend at the time that you agreed to do then please try to find a stand in for that time.
